Caesar Dressing


1 cup oil
1-2 eggs
1 Tbl lemon juice
1 Tbl worcestershire sauce
1 Tbl red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 1/2 Tbl chopped garlic
Chopped parsley
pinch of salt and pepper


Mix the ingredients with a hand chopper and refrigerate. Determine the amount of eggs by thickness desired.
